Peter Rubino is the author of The Portrait in Clay. He has achieved wide acclaim with his portrait busts and figures in action of famous sports figures - Babe Ruth, Michael Jordan, Lou Gehrig, to name a few. A dedicated instructor, Rubino began teaching sculpture more than 25 years ago, including at the National Academy School of Fine Art in NYC. He now conducts sculpture workshops internationally.
